Certain items such as personal care items, intimate wear, or custom products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider — it may take additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or full refund after verifying the claim.
